For clarity and safety, our standard services do not include:

Medical or nursing care, medication administration and clinical procedures
Regulated personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting or assisted transfers
Heavy gardening, tree surgery, work at height and specialist landscaping
Hazardous waste, asbestos, biohazard and trauma cleaning within standard domestic services
Pest control and specialist chemical treatments
Electrical, gas, plumbing and structural repairs
Security guarding, emergency response or guarantees against property damage
Veterinary treatment or animal medical procedures
Childcare or unsupervised supervision of children
Alcohol sales or supply without the necessary licences and authorisations
